Yes. It will be unlikely that we become interested in office or retail, for example. Asset classes that would be of our interest other than multifamily are single family homes, self storage, mobile home parks, for-sale condos and homes.

For us to consider other asset classes such as hotels, it would have to be a very unique opportunity.

Never say never….but its not too exciting for us.

We are very quick to say no if a deal doesn’t fit our thesis. If we like something, we try to have a term sheet signed in less than 4 weeks and then go through a confirmatory due diligence process. We should be able to close on transactions in 8 to 10 weeks.
