Parasol

Parasol

Parasol is a community for active adults (55+) looking to socialize and unwind surrounded by uncompromising comfort, upscale amenities, on-site staff, and modern living spaces all under one umbrella. The project is located in Melbourne, Florida - one of the top 5 cities for retirees in the US - and includes 159 Class-A units. Parasol is being co-developed with Adelon and is scheduled to begin operations in late 2022.

One Kelly drive

The Driftway

Designed by renowned architect Morris Adjmi, One Kelly Drive will be home to 142 Class-A units and street level retail. The project is located in the East Falls neighborhood, along the banks of the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, PA. The area is conveniently located and has a picturesque appeal. One Kelly Drive is being co-developed with Method Co. and will begin operations in 2023.

Encanto

Cimbra Partners and Trilogy Investments are developing a build-for-rent townhome community in Avondale, Arizona. The project encompasses 89 townhomes across 14 buildings on a 9.6-acre site. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.

East 51st

Cimbra Partners and CBSK, a New York-based developer with over 30 years of experience, are developing a 30-story condominium building at 401 E 51st Street in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by renowned architect Annabelle Selldorf, the project will feature 83 units. Construction is expected to commence in early 2025.

Inness Hotel

Inness Hotel

Inness, an acclaimed country retreat, opened in late 2021. Situated on 220 acres of picturesque landscape, the property features a hotel, restaurant, member's club, 9-hole golf course, and various leisure activities. The hotel currently offers 40 rooms and has received recognition in Conde Nast Traveler's 2022 Hot List and Travel + Leisure's 2022 It List of Best New Hotels in the World.
